Sessions are held either in person in my dedicated therapy room in Helsby, Cheshire or on line.
24 hours notice is required if you can’t attend your booked appointment to avoid cancellation charges.
The Initial Consultation lasts approximately 45- 50 minutes. You will also have access to the relaxation audio MP3 to use at home to supplement your sessions.
General Therapy Sessions typically take 8 sessions, sometimes more, sometimes less depending on the condition.
Specific phobias (e.g flying, spiders, heights ). Typically take 3 sessions after the Initial consultation.
I hold the required accreditations for many healthcare companies. Check with your healthcare insurance provider to see if you can claim back the cost of your treatment.
